The Directorate of Innovation, Sustainable Development, and Science and Technology Park (Dit. IPBKST) of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held its Weekly Coordination Meeting as part of its regular agenda to evaluate the implementation of ongoing work programs and formulate strategic initiatives to support the achievement of the directorate's performance targets.

The meeting, chaired by the Director of Dit. IPBKST USU, was attended by all members of the directorate's leadership team and staff. A wide range of strategic issues was discussed, including the progress of innovation programs and research commercialization, the development of the Science and Technology Park, the implementation of sustainable development initiatives, and the evaluation of ongoing programs.

In addition to serving as an evaluation forum, the coordination meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen communication, enhance cross-divisional collaboration, and identify solutions to various challenges encountered during the implementation of work programs. Each unit presented its achievements, challenges, and follow-up plans to ensure that all activities remain on track and deliver optimal results.

By conducting weekly coordination meetings on a regular basis, Dit. IPBKST USU reaffirms its commitment to strengthening effective, collaborative, and accountable organizational governance while enhancing the university's role in advancing innovation, research commercialization, and sustainable development that generates meaningful benefits for society and industry.
